Mr. Longcroft obtained solid offers from earnest, serious buyers after only two weeks of showing, while a difficult tenant was still living on the premise. During the transaction and closing, Mr. Longcroft was an excellent communicator between the attorney, the architect, the outgoing tenant, the condo board, and myself, while I was living abroad in the United Kingdom. Mr. Longcroft made a potentially difficult and complex sell bearable and understandable. I cannot recommend Mr. Longcroft enough for his assistance during the sale of my condo unit; he is a superb listing agent.

Recently sold my Mom’s apartment at 520 East 72nd Street. It wasn’t an easy sale. My Mom is in her late 80s and is housebound with dementia.
